I absolutely loved my stay as a solo traveler! The complimentary breakfast was a feast of local gems, and the staff were on point with recommendations for nearby spots like Rotas da Ilha Verde and Restaurante Bar Colegio. Plus, the charming park view from my room was a nice touch.

missingWrote a review on Oct 25lack of hospitalityparking inconvenience
My experience was severely undermined by the lack of hospitality training among the staff. Not only were they unhelpful with baggage upon arrival, given the absence of an elevator, but the parking situation was absurd. There were no coins available at the front desk for the parking meter, leaving me scrambling to avoid a ticket.

Everything about this property felt thoughtful and beautiful. The attention to quality is rare for hotels, even boutique ones. The breakfast provided an enjoyable selection of local products, so delicious! I loved how comfortable the bed was and how spacious the bathroom was. The staff offered great conversation, and Raquel, the owner, gave spot-on recommendations for restaurants and local activities. I appreciated the beautiful decor blending traditional and modern design. The pool temperature was perfect. However, the staff could use more hospitality training, especially regarding helping with bags, as there’s no elevator. Plus, having no coins for parking change at the front desk was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, I found it to be an excellent choice for my family's stay.
